Gianluigi is the “youngest” ADEMY representative, as he saw the last Mille Miglia when he was a seven-year-old boy. This episode would trigger a 50-year long passion for Classic Cars he would keep cultivating throughout his 30+ years of experience in IT and ICT across European start-ups and the M&A environment. After managing several companies both at Italian and European level, Gianluigi is now the founder of ADEMY. He drives the company strong of his experiences as FIVA-ASI board member, classic car collector and originality expert. He also practices what he preaches, being a driver at the main Classic Car events like the Mille Miglia and the London Brighton. He is also Senior Contributor to several Classic Car Magazines, like Ruoteclassiche and Classic & Sports Car. He is keen on keeping the passion for Classic Cars alive and lively by driving the young and skilled ADEMY team towards new frontiers.

After 40 racing years collected by Stefano, the 59 years old Italian UK resident,  driver by passion and   successful manager of a stock listed company in the Maritime sector by profession, started racing in 1980 with rally cars, scoring first overall win at 22. Many overall win and a TRN (Italian National Trophy) since then, with the Delta Integrale. Left the Rally races in 1996, a new driver career begun in Historical Racing in 1999, many the driven cars, like McLaren, Alfa Romeo, Lola, racing with TC, GT, GTS, GTP, Prototypes, F3, F Junior, F1, Group C in all major events (Le Mans Classic, Monaco, Goodwood, Monterey  and in all major Series (The Masters, CER, HSR). He gained his reputation as driver, collector, and passionate in the exclusive world of the top historic speed circus. New are the projects to highlight joining ADEMY, that are today  the main interest of this aged ever young driver and  entrepreneur.

Cliff is a publicity-shy analyst and classic car specialist with a permanent base in Italy. Building on his lifelong automotive passion, Cliff has acquired a profound understanding of the international classic car market, and has assembled a gargantuan knowledge base that comprises more than 120,000 data on car sales over a quarter of a century. Cliff’s substantial knowledge of (and feel for) this increasingly significant private investment area makes him an extremely valuable member of the ADEMY team.

Michel has spent most of his professional career working in the investment funds’ sector. He started as a Private Banker. Within JP Morgan Paris, he worked mainly to develop funds about  depositary, correspondent bank and fund accounting. At Paribas , he enhanced the  distribution to the national  players,implementing  the  international transfer agent businessen fulfilled a transversal function. He set up several global projects co-managing the Luxembourg-based subsidiary of Carmignac Gestion and developed an important distribution network in Southern Europe. Since  2007, he’s  co-founder of Elite Advisers S.A. creating a series of Investment Funds on  fine wines, diamonds, precious stones, manuscripts, art, collectors’ watches. The latest new step in the Passion Assets are the Classic Cars, that’s the reason he joined too ADEMY.

With a finance and commodities background with over 20 years experience, he has raised finance for opportunities throughout Europe and Asia. Starting his career into equity’s, trade finance and commodities, working with the main international Banks. He helped to build a total product offering within the physical energy space as Senior Vice President for New York based Phoenix Partners Group, a leading credit and equity derivatives inter-dealer broker. He joint founded, invested and successfully secured the funding and the sale of Freestream Cars Limited to Caparo Industries with a €4bn Euro turnover sealing  their future, with two partners (from McLaren Automotive), in order to  develop one of the world’s fastest production track cars, the Caparo T1. He maintains his interest and passion within the automotive market, trading and selling some of the most iconic classic and prestigious motor cars in the world today.
